Description
With the publication of the first two parts of Samuel Scheidt’s three-volume Tabulatura Nova, Beckmann has secured a true treasure trove of organ literature. In addition to chorale and song arrangements, vol. 1 contains canons as well as other secular and spiritual pieces.
The second volume complements the organ repertoire with other important sacred and secular works: 3 chorale and song arrangements each, 2 fugues, echo, fantasia, hymn and a toccata.
