Paul Guettman was titular organist at the cathedral in Châlons-en-Champagne for 50 years. Famous above all as an excellent improviser, he left behind a considerable collection of previously unknown organ music. These are mainly short, romantically inspired and subtly conceived pieces for use in church services. Ten of his most beautiful pieces have been selected for our anthology.
