Description
Organ music can be fun, says Noel Rawsthorne, and in Dance Suite, written for Gordon Stewart to play at the reopening of the restored Father Willis in Huddersfield Town Hall, he sets out to prove it. You’ll find here a fine March based on ‘On Ilkley Moor’, a jazzy piece for pedals only called Dancing Feet, a romantic Waltz, a lovely Danse des Papillons and finally an exuberant Line Dance.
