Application of Terms and Conditions
The Seller shall sell and the Buyer shall purchase the Goods in accordance to any quotation of offer of the Seller which is acceptable by the Buyer, or any order of the Buyer which is acceptable by the Seller.
If an item on order is deemed unavailable by the publisher, the Seller will provide a suitable credit in the form of a coupon for use on this website
These terms and Conditions shall govern the Contract to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions to which any such quotations is accepted or purported to be accepted by the Seller, or any such order is made or purported to be made, by the Buyer.
Interpretation
In these Terms and conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
Business Day means any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday
Buyer means the person who accepts a quotation or offer of the Seller for the sale of the Goods or whose order for the Goods is accepted by the Seller
