The organ symphonies of the versatile and popular Hamburg composer Andreas Willscher are always dedicated to well-known themes or phenomena. His latest work is all about football, which is given a musical tribute in selected scenes (see the titles of the movements). Not only are goals scored, but there is also fighting for the ball and fouling, which the music impressively illustrates, but after the victory is achieved, the trophy is of course presented in a joyful mood.
