Description
Small organ – great variety (manual)
14 pieces for home organ Edited by Markus Frank Hollingshaus for the GdO home organ working group
When the GdO’s home organ working group decided to publish a volume of music for the first time instead of the periodically published text and specified that the requirements for this would be exclusively created compositions that were “free of ballast” in terms of form and content and entertaining in the broadest sense and of a moderate level of difficulty, a group of international composers quickly came together and their compositions contributed to the creation of a collection of relevant organ pieces that was as attractive as it was varied. All of the works can – naturally – be played on manuals and are guaranteed to delight all home organ owners (and their listeners!). Most of the works will also have the desired effect in church services and some even in concerts!
