Volume V. Romantic Transcriptions (Ped.) (Critical New Edition!)
Edited by Michael Kube
The Leipzig master’s Bach and Handel arrangements have been well-known in organist circles for many years and are often played. Only a few connoisseurs of his music knew of the existence of some charming organ arrangements of Romantic works, which the arranger greatly valued. The 5th volume of our Karg-Elert series brings together all of these arrangements; it adds an important, colorful nuance to today’s Romantic organ repertoire.
