Volume 5. Choral Organ Works Volume 2 – For the Whole Year (Ped.)
Our successful series of rediscovered organ works by Herzog is continued with 29 chorale arrangements, which – still in the EG and partly in the GL – are intended to accompany the organist through the church year (Advent to Thanksgiving / Day of Repentance). With an average length of two pages, most of the works are suitable as preludes to congregational singing; the longer ones can also be used well in devotions or in concerts.
