Description
Bogurodzica (Mother of God/Theotokos), Carmen patrium, (Hymn of motherland) is a solemn ornamented setting of the oldest Polish hymn attributed to Saint Adalbert of Prague (955–997) and notated at the beginning of the 15th century. The powerful registration and majestic
character of the organ work is inspired by the Grand-Orgue of the Basilique du Sacré-Coeur in Paris.
